Supporting the communities where our employees live and work is a major tenet of the Citrix culture. We encourage our employees to live our corporate values by empowering them to give their time, talent and passion to those in need. We support employee engagement by giving employees the flexibility to support the causes that matter most to them, when and how they choose to give back.
At Citrix, our culture is fueled by five enduring values:
Integrity
We are accountable, honest, and ethical
Curiosity
We are aspirational, continuously learn, and innovate
Courage
We dream big, share our voices, and take calculated risks
Respect
We are inclusive, embrace empathy, and deeply value our differences
Unity
We trust each other, collaborate, and win together

In 2020, Citrix matched employee donations up to 4,000 USD per employee.
