Citrix continues to monitor the situation in the Ukraine. The safety and security of our Company, customers, and partners is a top priority for Citrix. In light of recent events, Citrix has adopted a heightened cybersecurity posture to reduce risk. We will continue taking the following actions:
- We continue thoroughly vetting our vendors and third-party suppliers through our vendor risk management program
- We regularly perform patching and remediation of vulnerabilities on our services and systems
- We have a detailed Incident Response Plan, which enables Citrix to methodically respond to and manage potential security incidents
- We have 24x7 Global Security Risk Services (GSRS), Security Operations Center (SOC), and Incident Response (IR) teams based around the globe
- We are regularly sweeping our network for anomalous activity and events using recent IOCs, threat profiles, and techniques
- We are engaging and collaborating with government and private sector intelligence partners to consume the latest intelligence feeds and security guidance
- We endeavor to provide the same level of support to our customers prior to the situation, recognizing Citrix is obligated to follow the laws of all countries in which it does business, including US and international export controls and sanctions
While these actions are part of our regular practice, we have increased our focus in these areas as part of our commitment to keep our data, customers, partners and employees protected from cyberattacks.
